Splitting Detail in a column into seperate columns

I'm trying to split up a column (Field Zone) that has a letter and number but I'm not sure how to do it. I want to split it into a column called Zone (A, B, C or D) and a column called Width (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Field Zone     Zone           Width

A1                      A                1

B3                      B                 3

C1                      C                1

D5                      D                5

@jamieham

Zone= left([Field Zone],1)

Width= right([Field Zone],1)

or

Width= right([Field Zone],len([Field Zone])-1)
