Split column in multiple rows
I have a column that i need to split, easy enough, however, i need some of the column split by left 3 and some of the column split by left 5. For example, I have a class number SCL355-Cooking, and a ...
If the value contains seven numbers like that, do you always want the three numbers at that posititon?
The value in the column will range from 6 to 15 numbers, the 3 numbers i want to extract will vary depending on the size.
You can use several "if" statements to check the length of the value, then if true split at the required position.
