Using a power query I need to convert this table as below.

If you want to achieve this effect in power Bi, there needs to be a corresponding relationship between 1 and a, 2 and B, 3 and C, then you can use split function. Or, you can handle it in Excel, which may be easier.

@Anonymous in this case, you can split the value of cells into rows basis delimiter or other criteria.
