Split Column by empty lines

Trying to split the below cell into three separate columns. Either using the Date/Time to start each new column or preferably a new column after each empty line between the 3 sections. Any ideas? Seems like this should be fairly simple, but not so far.

In Power Query under Transform > Split Column > By Delimiter try splitting your column by a custom delimiter like #(lf)#(lf) for double line feed. Depending on your data you may need to delimit by carriage return #(cr) instead/as well but try different combinations of delimiters to see what result you get. You can insert special characters like this via the Insert Special Character drop down at the bottom of the Split Column By Delimiter dialogue screen.

That is the raw data copied from the one cell. There are essentially 3 comments I want broken into 3 separate cells. Some cells have 1, some 2, or some 3 comments with the space between each of them.

@greekjgg

can we split column by delimiter dot?
