Specific view based off user

Hi all,   is it possible to set a specific view based off a user? for example when jane doe views my report I want her to be directed to a specific page with specific filters. I know I can do this ...

Hi

 

I think we can use bookmarks to apply filters and view change however user has to choose right bookmark to see the respective view.

    we can use bookmarks but I am trying to avoid this, I want the user to hit the short URL to the report and go to a specific view
