@RajK2 , You can use conditional formatting for this

Expand the Values Section: In the Format pane, expand the "Values" section.

Conditional Formatting:

Click on the "Conditional formatting" dropdown.
Select "Font color" or "Background color" based on your preference.
Add Conditional Formatting Rule:

Click on "Advanced controls" to open the conditional formatting options.
In the "Based on field" dropdown, select the field that contains your region names (e.g., Region).
Choose "Rules" in the "Format by" dropdown.
Click on "Add rule".
Set the Rule for China:

In the "If value" dropdown, select "is".
In the text box, type "China".
Set the font color or background color to your desired color (e.g., black for bold font).
Click "OK" to apply the rule.
Apply and Close: Click "OK" to apply the conditional formatting rule and close the dialog

Hi @RajK2

Currently the conditional formatting can only be applied to values and totals. It cannot be applied to row headers and column headers in Matrix visual. So you cannot make a specified row header value as bold. You can only choose to make all row header values as bold or not bold as of now.
