Source: From Web - Correct formatting of If-Modified-Since HTTP header

Hi,

What is the correct formating of the If-Modified-Since HTTP header on the "From Web" data source?

Today as example on postman or other REST API services i would format as "Thu, 3 Aug 2023 00:00:00 UTC" and it would run, but when i use this in Power BI i get the error it cannot be evaluated as DateTime.
