Sorting not working in Matrix visual

Hello PBI community, hope you all are doing good.

I'm having a matrix visual, in which

1) rows contains dimensions like regions, areas, territories and products.

2) column contains year and month.

3) values contains sales, targets, achievements, growth over last month.

When I'm trying to sort the matrix by achievement or sales or target  it's not sorting properly, reason I'm thinking that because if any region is having the top sales in one month can have least sales in any other month, so that's why its not sorting properly.

Is there any solution of this issue? 

Btw these fields are must needed to be included. When I remove month and year, sorting is done correctly and when I add month and year then its not workin.

Looking forward some positive responce.
