Sorting X-Axis (Customer Satisfaction scoring)
Hi all I would need your help over here. I tried sorting the order of the customer satisfaction score (Very unsatisfied -> Very satisfied) using the three button options at the top right sid...

You are on the right track.
Good job on creating the index.
Next step is selecting the CSAT column and sort it by index which you can on Column tools.
Once you did that, it will be arranged according to your index.
