Here is the solution for the issue.
The DAX function which you are using to generate the card visual is missing order expression. I included the order expression. Check the DAX below
Deal Stages Selected =
CONCATENATE(CONCATENATE(
"Deal Stage selection : ",
CONCATENATEX(ALLSELECTED('Data Table'[Deal Stage]),'Data Table'[Deal Stage], " ", 'Data Table'[Deal Stage]))," ")
