Sorting Stacked Bar Chart by multiple factors etc

Hi all.
I need to create a stacked bar chart with Deneb (Vega-Lite)
I have Depth_From, Depth_To, Interval_Length and Code.
The code can be different/the same/or no code on different depth.

I know this is not official PowerBI object. This is Deneb.
I am asking how to do this using Deneb (Vega-Lite)

After my test with your pbix, you can't achieve this using Stacked Bar Chart.
And this is a custom visual:

This is not an officially provided visual object by Power BI. The effects it can achieve are customized by other users.
