Sort month
Hi!
I have a slider with Year and month where I want year sorted decending but month sorted from Jan to Dec.
I'm sure I'm missing the obviosly but never the less - I need help 🙂
hello Johan-MTM create a new column in your table called month number
eitherMonth Number = MONTH('Table'[Date])
orMonth Number = FORMAT('Table'[Date],"MM")
if you use the latter , change the data type to whole number after
after you create your month number , press on the month name column and in the ribbon above in the table tools , you will find something called sort by column , press it and choose month number
