Sort data (mixing day date and month date). How to do it ?

Hi guys,

I have severals tables in my modeling view...

all tables are linked based on Date and Brand fields

In all my pages I have two segments component (date and brand) which sort my data in the way I want...

I want to add one more table but I only have the month and the number of the year... I can't have the detail day by day

How it's possible mixing day and month to use my existing date segment ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @noliverte 

You can add a column (month-year date) to the table you want to add in that is the date of the first day of the month year so for 09-2015 it would be 1/9/2015.  For 10-2015 it would be 1/10/2015.  Once you have that you can link it into your regular date table.

month-year	month-year date
09-2015	1/9/2015
09-2015	1/9/2015
10-2015	1/10/2015
10-2015	1/10/2015
11-2015	1/11/2015

You join the table on the [month-year date] column
