Solution needed for How to SUM / Total only Unique ID's in a Matrix?

I have a Matrix structured like below where I have situations where several employees work together on a sale and each is given credit for the number of items for that Sale ID.

My problem is that I need to show an accurate number of units sold, not a double or triple count.

In the example below, how can I show 18 Television (not 34, which is sum including 8 units for each employee with Sale ID 001)? Similarly I would want to 20 Projectors (not 22) and a total of 38 units at the State level (not 56).

The solution will depend upon the raw data.  Share the raw data (in a format that can be pasted in an MS Excel file) and show the expected result.
