Hello community,
I'm working with small-multiples, is there an option that switches between a single chart and small multiples based on the number of filter selections (example: showing one chart when "Select All" is chosen, and small multiples when multiple but not all are selected).
Thank you.

Hi @PBIDev01 ,
Thanks for reaching out on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
Here is a workaround I tried but its not possible to show single chart with small multiples.
I’ve implemented this scenario by creating a disconnected category table for the slicer and used DAX to track selection count. Based on that, I created a measure to dynamically switch between a single chart and small multiples both placed on the same page.
Tested with below DAX:
SelectedCategoriesCount = COUNTROWS(VALUES(CategoryTable[Category]))
TotalCategories = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(CategoryTable), ALL(CategoryTable))
ViewMode =
VAR Selected = [SelectedCategoriesCount]
VAR Total = [TotalCategories]
RETURN
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
Selected = Total, 1,
Selected > 1, 2,
0
)
The visuals respond based on slicer interaction exactly as expected.

Hi @PBIDev01 I don’t think we have a built-in feature for switching between a single chart and small multiples based on filter selections. You can create a dynamic measure to count filter selections and use bookmarks to toggle between two visuals.
