Slow startup of Power BI desktop (No Internet connection)

Is it possible to make some registry changes to make Power Bi desktop not trying to reach som Internet URL´s? I have tried disabling every setting within Power BI but I can still see that the power BI desktop tries to reach some Internet URL´s. 
It´s quite annoying because I think this is why starting the Power BI desktop takes so long time (just clicking the Power BI desktop from the desktop).

In response to your question, here is what I think.

First of all, you need to make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of Power BI Desktop, and of course, launching Power BI Desktop as an administrator will also help your experience.

Secondly you can also uninstall and reinstall WebView2, for detailed configuration information you can check this Microsoft document: Resolve startup issues with Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Finally you can also verify that there is no other software interfering with the installation.
