I created a table that compbined three separate tables of data using the Union function. We'll call the three tables of data East, Midwest and West. I have a BI tab showing the now combined data. I'd like to take my tab one step further, and add a slicer that will allow me to see only one of the pieces of data at a time. Not sure where to really start on this one, or if it is even possible. Anybody out there have ideas?
Hi jpdren,
The general solution is to create a slicer based on the date column, if there's no date column in your table, please create a date column. In addtion, you said "I'd like to take my tab one step further", what does this mean? Do you mean that you need to create another slicer based on the region column? Could you clarify more details about that?
Regards,
Jimmy Tao
