Slicers remove values with no data

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help.

I have a customer slicer on one on my reports. It is currently showing me every customer. Is there a way to get it to only show me users that have data within that report?

To clarify my model:

I have a fact table, an employee table and a Location table

Both the employee and location tables are separately connected to the fact table, and filtering on both directions has been applied.

    I think you can do this by applying cross filter direction "Both" on the relationship between customer and ur main table. Finally put a filter on the main table saying that there has to be data.
