Unfortunately, this is unlikely to happen. You can try to think of it as two separate tables created by field parameters, which are not related to each other.
You can try creating a relationship between the two field parameters to see if that meets your requirements.
After the relationship created, here's the example.
You can remove blank by filtering out it in the filter.
Then when you select Name in Parameter 2 slicer, it will only display Name in Parameter because of the realtionship.
