The slider bar within the slicer visual is showing a pop up for Start Time and End Time: Is there any way to remove this pop up on hover or edit the text? Not only does it get in the way, ...
Unfortunately no at this point in time.

You can disable the slider, and users can click the Start and End windows to enter their target range.
