Slicer select multiple values and concatenate in a smart way

Hi all, please kindly help on this, thank you. 

For a slicer,  there are A-F selections,

I hope to have a measure which can dynamically give me:

A, B and C;

A, B, C and D;

A, B, C, D and E. 

I can only do "A, B,C,D" by below measure.

CONCATENATEX(values('Table'[Slicer]), 'Table'[Slicer],",")
