Slicer panel help || Minimalistic design

Hi All,
I just thought of building a Slicer panel.

The below is the UI.
Slicer panel 1st page

The below snip is the 2nd page

I need something like when i click on filter button in 1st page.
->The slicer panel should hover and open 
-> The user can select the required slicers 
-> There should be Apply button on the slicer panel for apply the Slicer's selected by the user
->There should be abutton called clear all slicers on the slicer panel to clear the Slicer's applied by the user
-> The x button should close the Slicer panel.

I would Appreciate if anyone can do the design provide the pbix file and
explain me how you achieved in the reply.
