Slicer formatting options are inconsistent between slicer types

Slicers do not all share the same options for formatting across the different types available. The Between slicer is a prime example. It is currently forced to be "responsive" regardless of the toggle selection made (it actually is unselectable and set to off by defualt, but acts as though it is on no matter what the toggle state). It also has a different, static, left side padding than every other slicer, while the right hand padding can be lowered. The fact that we cannot add or remove padding from slicers is absolutely rediculous. It should always be possible to make the visual occupy the entire frame. In general, if an option is available for one flavor of a slicer, it should be available to them all unless their is some obvious technical limitation as to why it wouldn't make sense to include. The entire visual formatting experience REALLY needs to be conformed better.

@HeyListen , The options are based on data Type. So you will see difference.

Certainly there are some formatting options that are dependent on Data Type. I recognize that, and that is obvious and understandable. The issues I am listing are unrelated to Data Type. Slicer padding is not a variable that is dependent on any data points or types fed to the visual from a field. The responsive toggle is not dependent on these either. 

Here is an example of the padding that is locked and unchangeable on the between slicer. the left hand side between the frame and the slicer dropdown itself is the part that is fixed, while you can see that the right hand side is able to be made smaller than that of the left.

Here is an example of the responsive toggle being unselectable for the visual all together despite the fact that it impacts the visual as though it were turned on
