Slicer doesnt work on DateTime column field

Hello Experts,

I have used slicer in report and the field I passed to it is of type "DateTime". It contains Date and time both. But the slicer shows only date filter and calendar. There is no time column. What I expected though that it will also show time as an option to filter on. I am sure you guys must have come across such requirement before. 

Please suggest.
