Hello rlau ,
so it seems that when you filter on the sender, the values of the receiver department include the other values not just the specified ones

So how can I achieve that?

Hi rlau ,
Thanks for using Fabric Community and sharing the screenshots. The reason you're not seeing all the columns when selecting a sender is likely because the matrix only shows columns where there is data. The rest are hidden by default.
To fix this:
Turn on “Show items with no data”
In the visualizations pane of matrix visual, click the dropdown next to the row and column fields, and turn on this option. It will make sure all possible rows and columns show up, even if they have no data.If that doesn’t help, you can try a different method using a separate table that lists all sender and receiver combinations. Then, you can create a measure to show values based on this. This makes sure the matrix always shows all columns and rows.
Let us know if you want help setting this up or if the first step works.
Hope this helps. Please reach out for further assistance.
