Slicer Filtering issue using single select
Anonymous looks like you have sub and geo coming from the same table, if that is the case, you need to create a separate dimension for the sub and geo so that they don't filter each other, and to list only geo with the selected sub and have a data, you need to create a measure and use visual level filter, something talked in this post.
