Slicer Dropdown Search filter not working properly

Hi ,

  this is my Slicer loading city records and when search i cant get proper result in the search bar.I load data from postgresql database. How will it can fix in slicer?

  • I try to load Dallas City when i type but type 'dal' its get Glendale how its possible
  • and final image i type entire 'dallas' test but its not shown anything

Hi @DineshDwilco 

I tested a text filter, and then input "dji", the corresponding content will be displayed according to the input content . So I have no way to judge why your slicer does not take effect . Can you provide the visual you use ? Maybe this will help us to solve the problem .

it is happening only on postgres with direct query which returns more than 100 rows

If you have any other slicer on the report and if it is filtering this slicer, then the current slicer will not show all the values.
