On a single page, I have 5 matrices that I would like to filter by their respective activities. For this example let's say there are breakfast, lunch, and dinner matrices and I need a single-page slicer to slice "last, this, next", "day, month year", by each unique 'breakfast, 'lunch' and 'dinner' activity.
Hi @SickStigma ,
Sorry, I am not really able to understand your needs.
Would you be able to describe your problem in more detail with screenshots or dummy tables etc. so that we can better understand your dilemma and help you solve it.
Also, more details about slicer can be found in the documentation: Slicers in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong

It would be like coding the slicer to target each matrix's primary data point. Something like this;
Filter type: Date
Apply to:
Matrix 1 / Metric 1
Matrix 2 / Metric 2
Matrix 3 / Metric 3
