Creating a single Power BI report that fits perfectly on iPad, laptop, and mobile screens without changing any visual layout is challenging due to the different screen sizes and resolutions. However, you can optimize your report for different devices by following these steps:

Design with Mobile in Mind:
When designing your report in Power BI Desktop, consider how it will look on smaller screens. Focus on the most important visuals and simplify the layout1.

Use Mobile Layout View:
Power BI provides a mobile layout view where you can create a mobile-optimized version of your report. This view allows you to rearrange and resize visuals specifically for mobile devices2.

Auto-Create Mobile Layout:
Use the auto-create mobile layout feature to generate a mobile-optimized version of your report. This can be a good starting point, and you can adjust the layout as needed2.

Responsive Design:
Ensure your visuals are responsive. Avoid placing visuals side by side and use vertical stacking to make the report more adaptable to different screen sizes1.

Test on Different Devices:
After designing your report, test it on different devices to ensure it looks good and is functional on all screen sizes. Make adjustments as necessary.

Publish and Share:
Once your report is optimized, publish it to the Power BI service. Users can then access it from their iPad, laptop, or mobile device through the Power BI app or a web browser.
By following these steps, you can create a Power BI report that is more adaptable to various screen sizes, ensuring a better user experience across all devices.

Maintaining a consistent visual layout can be challenging due to the differences in screen sizes and resolutions.

Adjust the report size to something like 16:9, which is generally more adaptable.
Ensure that you enable the Responsive setting for certain visuals, like tables and charts

If this helped, a Kudos 👍 or Solution mark would be great! 🎉
