Simple plain fixed Constant line in bar graph, how?

Dear community,

 

It could be a lack of knowledge or maybe I missed something critical, but just playing around with PowerBI (February 2023) and created the most simple dashboard one can think of: x-axis dates and y-axis decimal values regarding the sum of something, source is a csv file. The values on that y-axis are shown as 1K, 2K, 3K et cetera. I do not know how to change that representation. Now I want to add a plain, simple, fixed line at 2.5K (or 2,500 as it represented) but whatever I try I can not find and or activate that "Constant line" option in the Visualizations Pane. It only shows "Error Bars" and nothing else, whatever I try, change, add or delete.

Creating a quick other report on an SQL database with also decimal values on the y-axis does show the "Constant line" option, so something should be wrong in my report, but I can not find out what exactly. Do I think too complicated or did I miss something to get this line into my report?

    Dear community,

     

    Not knowing how to solve this issue and seeing that another report on an SQL table gives alot of options regardings lines in the Visualisation pane, I did following workaround. I created a database in SQL Server, imported this CSV file. I exported the newly created table to a flat file and when I import this flat file in PowerBI I got this Constant Line option (but no other options). I am flabbergasted, the only diference is that the new flat file has UTF-16 and the original has UTF-8. So, problem solved but with a bit of an overkill workaround if I may say so .....
