    HI, Anonymous 

    If what you had created is a new column, you should create a new measure

    Try this formula:

    Measure = DIVIDE(SUM('Table'[Value1]),SUM('Table'[Value2]))

    If not your case, please share your sample pbix file.

Can you please let me know what is Value01 and Value02.

I mean the DAX expression.
