I know what I want to achieve using SQL, but how to convert it to DAX, can someone help?
Here's the SQL Query
with cte
as (
select distinct id
from table
where T between t1 and t2
and gender = 'm') -- T and Gender are the filters selected in Power BI Desktop using Filter DropDown
select count(distinct id) -- count those ids which are selected from above filters but have some different characteristics in T < t1
from table t
inner join cte c on t.id = cte.id
where t.T < t1 -- this i will put in my measure
and t.flag = 1 -- i will put in my measure

Can you share some sample data and your expected result?
Based on the logic of your T-SQL query, if you want to get the entire result set (table), you just need to filter entire table with condition applied on [T], [gender], [flag] columns.
