Showing text in the new card visual is truncating

Could anyone help me with understanding how the New Card Visual truncates text?

I have a card which shows a short paragraph of text which is truncating at an earlier word and line count than others

If you look on the New Card Visual the text starts to truncate at the 7th line of text , with a small volume of text , the Old card visual is on the right for comparrison.

But I can put lots more text in the same visual - and it doesn't truncate

Here I put in a line break and now can see 11 full lines of text - in the same visual with the same settings - which is causing me confusion ....

Seeing as you got this far - there is an instruction for overflow when cards carry to much information - would that work in this case or if that soemthing different (I read the help pages but they dont go into any great detail)

Thanks very much for any help!

Hi @CMTurtsjioaos ,

Whether or not the text is truncated depends on the number of lines. Try adjusting the card size and font size to ensure that the text is displayed in full. In addition, whether or not the “Text wrap” option is enabled will also affect the display of text.

Best Regards,
Zhu

Hi

Thanks for your reply - but it doesn't answer my question, which is how with the EXACT Same settings (Font size, Visual size, text wrapped ) am I able to have such a variety of displays as shown in my post.
