Showing % in Matrix
You can add two new measures and then add them to your matrix.
Staff % = DIVIDE( SUM(MGRs[Staff Time ]), CALCULATE(SUM(MGRs[Staff Time ]) + SUM(MGRs[Manager Time]), ALL(MGRs[Staff Time ])), 0) Mgr % = DIVIDE( SUM(MGRs[Manager Time]), CALCULATE(SUM(MGRs[Staff Time ]) + SUM(MGRs[Manager Time]), ALL(MGRs[Manager Time])), 0)
Select the measure on the right side of the UI. Once the measure is selected, click the 'Modeling' tab to the top. From there, you can specify the field format using that 'Formatting' tab.
Perhaps you should provide more details. What does the raw, underlying data look like, what output are you getting versus what you expect? What all have you tried thus far to reach a solution?
below is what i would like to calculate. the staff % and manager %. i used the formula you provided but it gives syntax error

Did you try troubleshooting the syntax errors provided to you? The formulas I provided will not be able to be used verbatim; you will need to adjust them to reflect your table[column] names. Mimicing your data structure, the formulas I provided worked to give me your desired output.
ok i think i got it work. how do i get it to show as % rather than just .50 or .40?
