Showing data based upon last sync date

Hi all,

Bit of a novice question I'm afraid.

I'm connected to a data warehouse that I use to show sales of products through selling channel, location, device etc.

My current report lists the location, device number, date, gross receipts and number of issues in a table. Most devices retail every day. Where a device does not retail, that usually indicates that it is faulty.

Is it possible to create a table that shows devices that have not retailed, or a table that shows a breakdown of devices and the last date that the data warehouse holds and sales data for each device?

I'm hoping that in doing so I'll quickly be able to identify potential device failures and get these more proactively fixed.

Thanks

Rob

I suggest using a regular table visual and using the device, sum of sales, and the latest sales date (you'll need to make sure the dates are actually of type date and not text) in the columns. You can sort the table by ascending latest sales date to find items which have no sales in the most recent date.
