Show dates based on Hierarchy data

Hi,

I have below requiement where i need to show start dates for different columns in a matrix ,

I have a matrix with Project and Stage title names , and i need to display individual dates for each of them.

Project is a parent and Stage is child ,so by default it will show project dates, if i expand  project , for each project individual stage dates it should show.

 

I tried below measure ,

Test = Switch (

True(),

isinscope(Project[title]),values(Project [Startdate]),

isinscope(Stage[title]),values(Stage[Startdate]))

 

I am getting same dates for both project and stage dates. 

 

Is there any way we can achieve this?

    I created some data:

    Project:

    Stage:

     

    Here are the steps you can follow：

    1. Create measure.

    Measure =
IF(
    ISINSCOPE('Stage'[title]),MAXX(FILTER(ALL(Stage),'Stage'[title]=MAX('Stage'[title])),[StartDate]),
    IF(       ISINSCOPE('Project'[title]),MAXX(FILTER(ALL(Project),'Project'[title]=MAX('Project'[title])),[Startdate]),BLANK()
))

    2. Result:
