Showing Data if filtered month is between 2 dates

Hi,

From a table (as shown in the image), how can i retain the data if the filtered month(dropdown list) is between 2 dates?

"Assessment Date" and "Overall ETC"

  

i am intending to show the information when the dates are still valid, and "remove" the row of data when the date is "expired" or past the ETC date.

Hope someone can help me on this.
