Show zero on Line chart where no data match filter

Hi team.

Hope you can help me with this issue:

I have this table:

And i have created a line chart, to show how many users exist in eachReport:

and now I want to show the persons with age >23 :

However the chart does not show me the report No: 6. I need that the linechart show me ReportNo6: is 0. For example i draw in line red how i expected the chart show it.

Cause in the report No6 i dont have persons with age greated than 23:

How can flixed that?

Hi @Noredlac86,

You could create a new table like this and link it with the main one:

Then you create a measure 

Counter = COUNT ('Dataset'[Name] ) + 0

and use this measure along with the only field from the new table:
