Show values in slicer only if another slicer has been filtered

Hi all,

I have two filters Market & Country. What I want to do is, somehow, force the user to select a market before selecting a country and I´m not looking for enabling "single select option" on the market slicer.  Would be smth as creating a measure if market not selected do not show country values, otherwise yes.

This is because one fact table that I´ve on this page, has granularity per market (not per country) and if there´s no market selected, it doesn´t matter what country we select, it won´t change anything on this specific visual.

Any help to achieve this?

Thanks!
