Show unique value and sum quantity

Hi,

I have two columns. one is "product name" and the other one is "Remaining quantity". this "product name" has different unique cells and  "Remaining quantity" contains different. I want to show the "product name" once and want to add the Remaining quantity.  I attached an image for better clarification

Screenshot_10.png

The product name table "Anti-Theft Durable Laptop Backpack" shows 3 times and different quantities. I want to show "Anti-Theft Durable Laptop Backpack" once and do the sum of the remaining quantity.

How can I do that?

Thanks

Hi,

One of ways is to create Product Dimension Table, and use the column name from the dimension table in the visualization.

Thanks..can I do it using the Dax function?

Hi,

It is difficult for me to understand without your sample pbix file.

Do you mean something like below?

expected result measure: =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Data[Remaining Quantity] ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( Data, Data[Product Name] )
)
