Show sub-totals for selected rows only on Power BI Matrix

I'm trying to show row subtotals in a matrix but I don't want to show subtotals for all rows, just for the one selected row, TestId in this instance.

Is this possible? I did try to use the "Per row level" toggle under the row subtotals section but that does not seem to be working.

Below are screenshots of my matrix and the list of rows and values I am using for this matrix. Marked in green are the subtotals that I intend to keep, but I want to remove the subtotal rows marked in red.

Thanks.

@ChrisElu , Per row level is there.

Test ID will remove grand total

Test will remove total of Test ID level and so on

The same is for column-level totals

if you want to remove it for measure then use isinscope

Thanks @amitchandak

@ChrisEluunfortunately, I'm new to PowerBI so I'm unable to figure out what the DAX should be. I've the exact same use case as yourself. Would it be possible for you to let me know the exact DAX query?
