Show % of each column based on the maximum value of each column

Nice day.

I wanted to ask them how I could show each value of an array as % of the maximum value of each column.

Osease, that the highest value of each column looks like 100% and the rest as the percentage of that value. I attach an example I did in excel:

Can you please share some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
