Hi!
I want to show 2 numbers but I only need 1 visual. How do I make a list of non-visualised numbers?
First number is an amount. The second number is the percentage of total. Like this:
I tried the multi-row card but then I cannot get rid of the titles.
I'm also fine with showing the percentages between brackets in het visual (like: 4,5 (30%))
Hello,
You can just get a table and add the values.
Then in values you click the dropdown of the value u want the percentage of grand total of, and go to show value as > Percent of grand total.
Hope this makes sense
I cannot format the table the way I want it...
- I don't want to see any category labels
- I want it lined up with the visual on the left (like my previous picture)
I see what you mean now.
If that's the case i recommend calculating the percentage for each category using measures.
When you have done that you can show them after your chart using the "Card" visualization
Same problem as with table: I cannot make it wider or remove the titles...
If you choose an individual card (the one i selected above) for each measure, you can change size the way you want.
You can also turn of Category label and Title.
True 🙂 That workaround works... (although it's a lot of work to get it neatly visualized)
BUT what if the number of categories change when I change my filters? Then I have al these numbers flying around in the report...
Hi @Anonymous,
When the category is filted, the value of measure shown in card visual will change according to filter.
Best Regards,
Angelia
The problem is that sometimes I will have 20 categories and sometimes I have 5. I don't want to make 20 cards that will be empty a lot of times.
Also, the cards will not line up with the visual (since the visual is page filling but the cards have a fixed place).
It would be cool if there is an option to make a matrix without showing any headers AND page filling.
Hi @Anonymous,
Until now, there is no such an option to make a matrix without showing any headers AND page filling. Please create an idea here.
Best Regards,
Angelia
