Hi @kkalyanrr

From your screenshot, I know that "National ETS" and "All States ETS" are two reports. Both reports have more than one pages in it.

Your requirement is that you want to show all pages in both tables by default instead of only show all pages in the first report by default.

In Power BI App, it will only show all pages in first report by default like "National ETS". And other reports will only show report name like "All States ETS".  In my test, I get the same result like yours.

Though you only have two reports in your App, in the future there may be lots of reports in your App. So if Power BI show all pages in all reports may make the Navigation looks messy.

If you want to show Page Navigation in "All States ETS", just click the report name then you can see all pages in it.

Rico Zhou
