I was wondering if it is possible to show more timestamps on the x-axis of my graph. Currently every hour is visible but ideally every 15 minutes would be shown.
How do I solve this without changing my x-axis to categorical? Because with that, not all times are shown and there is for example a jump from 16h00 to 16h45.

Only the categorical axis shows every point of the values.
To avoid gaps because of the lack of transactions in some timeslots you need to use a dim_time table and the option "show items with no data".
My timetable is with 1minute timeslots, so it looks that way:
In your case, you need to create a table with 15-minute time slots
