Show local image in a visualisation

Thanks amitchandak for your answer. I have tried this already but the picture is kind of cropped; it doesn't fully appear in the visual. Any idea how to approach this problem?

You can upload local pictures to OneDrive, then configure the Image URL.

The issue about not fully appear in the visual, you can refer this thread, he used Power Point to re-crop the picture.
