I have a date slicer sorted descending by date. I want to always show the last day available as default.
For example: today is 04/29/2019 so I'll have that date selected but in one week it will be 05/06/2019 so I want the slicer to select automatically that last date available.
Can it be done?

currently slicer do not support a default value, but maybe changing the slicer to relative date setting might be what you are looking for:
And then configuring to select the last one 1 day:

Unfortunately, if I use relative slicer, I will have a period of time longer than 1 day if I choose the last days (when >1) and I need to show only daily data.
