I have an area chart with 3 measures, but one of them only makes sense starting from today.
Is it any easy way to show that measure from today?

You can wrap the measure with an IF condifition, similar to:
Measure 1 = IF(MAX('Table'[Date])>=Today(),[Measure],BLANK())
