Show Polygon Map in PowerBI

Hi,

I am new to PowerBI, would you mind helping me out, please? I would like to create a polygon map below. The map itself will contain two up to three values/row inside it. The polygon is available in CAD.dwg file.

I have created a spatial join file with GIS containing (location-ID, state plane coordinate northing easting). I am having a difficult time and step by step guidance is really appreciated. Thank you.

I did try as you mentioned, but it gave me weird lines.

but then i found other topic:

which led me to another link:

and voila... its there Thank you for helping me out.

I've also been looking into this and the avenue I want to go down when I find time is using Python's geoPanda's class. My understanding to date is that the Py visual gives you the flexibility to manage layers in your map as well as geometries.

Hi @Mike_Hutahaean

How about shape map?

Here is a reference.

Thanks,

I think the shape map is the one that I need, but still, I am unable to work with it.

I follow all the instructions on this link:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/desktop-shape-map

but still, it shows nothing.

Most of the description of the location is referred to as a well-known location, like US states, but in this case, I am using a specific ID called "DRAWPT".
