Show N value based on measure difference

Hi everyone.   I have two cards above displaying a distinct amount of User and Creator. I need to show the value difference between those columns (User and Creator), which we can see clearly...

mahoneypat sorry i think my question isn't clear enough. what i meant by showing only 3 values is from this table:

I tried to do it in reverse but the table gave me a different value which is this 

 

This an example for the expected result:

KorohCCC
PeriyadiCCC
RuntuweneCCC

    What is different about those three names to use in the logic to return just them?

      Could we add a new Index Column or random number to both table as a differentiator?
